Our warehouse is located in Shah Alam, Selangor. We ship out all orders directly from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Oopsss! We’re sorry, we do not ship to international destinations.

Yes, our listing products are all ready stock. Every order take up to 24 hours to be processed and to be fulfilled. (Except Public Holiday & Weekends)

West Malaysia orders should arrive within 2-4 business days after fulfillments. If you do not receive your order within 5 business days, please check your mailbox and tracking number, then contact us and we will help you to track your order.

*Due to the COVID-19 situation, the delivery of orders may take longer than usual.

Warranty

Our warranty is valid for a period of (6) Six-months from the date of purchase. If you purchased Basicmade Care+ the warranty is valid for a period of  (1) One-year from the date of purchase. Products warranty terms & conditions applied.

Online Warranty Registration must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase with actual purchase date from the original purchase invoice.
