Yes, all items are Ready Stock.

Q: Is your product using Malaysia plug?
Not all items come with a Malaysia plug. Some items require the use of an adaptor plug. Please read the product description to know the exact specifications.

Q: How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes between 2-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
No, we only able to ship within West Malaysia. If you are in East Malaysia, please contact us for more information.

Q: How long is a product warranty?
All products come with a standard 7-day free returns and warranty policy. Additionally, our *electrical products* come with an extended 6-month warranty.

The steps for making a warranty claim is super easy:

  3. Send the item back to our warehouse.
  4. We will check the item within 24 hours of receiving it.
